I love Torrey's rendition of some of my long time favorite songs. However, Torrey's own 'Blue Carousel' is simply "Wow!"

This has a little of everthing, from flawless and very imaginative intrepretations of standard old tunes, to very swingy, blues variations, to the brilliant "Lunch Hour" blues tune with the Bach like (And Keith Emerson like) variations woven into a still blues based countertheme. This is a great disk. I can't wait for the classical disk.
